Virtual SOAR is an open invitation program for high-achieving high school seniors who might not have had the opportunity to explore Rice University and is focused on the lived experience of historically excluded and underrepresented students. This program is open to prospective students entering in fall 2023 and offers specific insight into student life, the academic experience, resources for first generation and low-income families, and information on affordability.
